I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

I specialize in weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care, helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. My approach integrates intuitive eating, body image healing, and recovery from chronic dieting, disordered eating, and eating disorders.

Through one-on-one education, workshops, group support, and public speaking, I provide a compassionate space for individuals to explore their experiences with food and body image.
